General sale terms

1 – Our trade policy

1.1 – The Seller sells their products and manages their online business on www.paulmajetta.com exclusively to their final "consumer".
1.2 – A "consumer" is here defined as any natural person using www.paulmajetta.com for any non-commercial, non-professional or non-entrepreneurial purposes related to their own activities. Anyone who does not fall within the above definition must not engage in any commercial negotiation through www.paulmajetta.com.
1.3 – Because of its trade policy, the Seller reserves the right to deny any orders coming from any entity other than the "consumer" or not in line with its trade policy.
1.4 – These general sale terms regulate the offer, delivery and the acceptance of purchase orders of products on www.paulmajetta.com between the users of www.paulmajetta.com and the Seller.
1.5 – However, these general sale terms do not regulate any services or sale of products by entities other than the Seller appearing on www.paulmajetta.com through links, banners or other hyperlinks. Before placing any orders or buying products and services from entities other than the Seller, we kindly suggest you to verify their terms of business, since the Seller is not responsible for the sale of services by third parties other than the Seller themselves or the settlement of any online trade between the users of www.paulmajetta.com and third parties.

2 – How to seal a contract with www.paulmajetta.com

2.1 – The order form includes our general sale terms and a summary of the main features and price (taxes and any applicable excises taxes are included in the final price) of each product sold on the website, as well as methods of payment and delivery, dispatch and delivery costs, and a reference to the conditions that rule the cancellation right and to the procedure and timing of return. 2.2 – The contract will be sealed once the Seller receives your order form via email, prior revision of the details of your order.
2.3 - Before proceeding with the purchase of the item(s) by submitting the order form, you will be asked to read carefully these General Sale Conditions and the information note on the cancellation right.
2.4 - The order form will be stored on a file in our data base for the time necessary for handling your order and by all events within the terms established by the law. You will be able to access your order form by clicking on "My orders".
2.5 – Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to review and check the form in order to detect and correct all possible mistakes.
2.6 – The language your contract will be sealed in is Italian.
2.7 - Once the agreement has been sealed, www.paulmajetta.com will start processing your order.
2.8 – The Seller can decide not to process your order if your solvency is not guaranteed and in case of incomplete or incorrect order form or items unavailability. Should this happen, we will send you an email informing you that the agreement has not been reached and that we did not process your order specifying the reasons why we did not.
In case of unavailability of purchased items on www.paulmajetta.com, the Seller will notify you within thirty (30) days from the day after the submission of the order. If you have already submitted the order and paid your purchase, the Seller will give you a full refund.
2.9 - When you send us a purchase order, you accept and ratify these General Sale terms and conditions of purchase. If you do not accept these terms, please, do not send us your order form to acquire our products on www.paulmajetta.com.
2.10 – When you send us your order form, you confirm that you know and accept our Sale terms and conditions of purchase, as well as any further information on www.paulmajetta.com through links, including our privacy conditions and our information note on your cancellation right.
2.11 – Once the contract has been sealed, the Seller will email you a receipt of your purchase order that includes a summary of all information included in the purchase order, as well as all information related to the main features of the purchased item, including details about price, payment methods and delivery costs.

Cancellation right

Online sales of products are regulated by articles 50 and 68 ("distance contract") of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) of the Italian legislation. This Act allows the consumer to withdraw from a contract or a contract proposal, ensuring them the right to return any purchased item and receive a full refund. The cancellation right cannot be applied to all audiovisual products, as well as to all sealed software opened up by the consumer. Furthermore, it cannot be applied whenever the purchased item is not intact, that is: when the original packaging is missing; when any complementary items are missing; when the product is damaged. The cancellation right is exclusively reserved to all consumers (defined as natural people purchasing products for non-professional, non-commercial or non-entrepreneurial purposes), therefore it cannot be exercised by any legal or natural person purchasing products for their own professional activity. All return costs will be covered by the Consumer.

Terms and conditions. You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 10 working days from the day after receipt of item(s) in the following ways: a) by registered post with a form of receipt to: Strada Canizzano, 29 31100 - Treviso – Italy; b) by contacting us to one of our telephone numbers; c) by email.

Terms and repayment timing. Strike snc will refund the Consumer within 30 days from the day it receives acknoledgement of the cancellation procedure. If the product has already been sent to the Consumer, Strike snc will refund them once the purchased item has been returned and the its integrity checked.

For all purchases processed with one of these payment methods:
- cash on delivery
- Credit card

Strike snc will refund the Consumer via bank transfer.
For all purchases with PayPal, the refund will be processed by re-crediting on the Consumer's account.
