Privacy - Ex Art. 10 Legge 675/96 - information

Strike snc informs that all personal data belonging to its consumers will be processed both electronically and on paper. The owner is Strike snc, via Strada Canizzano, 29 31100 - Treviso - Italy. The processing of personal data aims at managing the contract between the two parties. For this reason and prior consumer's approval, Strike snc will need to disclose any personal data to third parties (i.e. banks or complementary service suppliers) within the standards enshrined in the contract. Consent is voluntary, but in case of refusal no contract will be drawn up. Any personal data will be processed for statistical and promotional purposes of Internet service. In this case, consent is not required, but the consumer is entitled to completely or partially object to the data processing, according to art.13 L. 675/96 of the Italian legislation.

Privacy – data processing- authorizations

The consumer expressly authorizes Internet service to process any personal or business data as previously mentioned, and publish them on the Internet or in any other type of online or written advertising.
These data include any specific business data, any description of services with related prices and related availability in specific periods of the year. Furthermore, the consumer authorizes Strike snc to disclose any business data to third parties for promotional or statistical purposes, as well as to entrust third parties with all database services, availability management, bookings, deposits, payments etc. The consumer commits themselves to draw up a contract regulating the above-mentioned services with the company in charge of the database, discharging Strike snc from any responsibility whatsoever.
