Content and information sharing

The user is the owner of all contents and information published on www.paulmajetta.com. Furthermore:

1. Re. any content covered by intellectual property rights, i.e., pictures and videos, the user grants the following authorizations to www.paulmajetta.com: the user provides www.paulmajetta.com with a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free, worldwide license, that can be provided as a sublicence, allowing the use of any content published on www.paulmajetta.com or in relation with it.

2. The content can be deleted by the user in the same way you would normally empty the recycle bin in your pc. However, it is possible that any disposed content is stored as a backup for a specific period of time (even if it is not accessible to other people).

3. When you use an application, all content and information are shared with the application, in compliance with the user's privacy standards. When you decide to add the application, this automatically regulates the way all content and information are used, stored and transferred by the application itself.

4. When the user publishes any content or information by using the "share all" setting, they allow everybody, including people not subscribed on www.paulmajetta.com, to access and use this content and information and to link them to their profile (namely, to their name and their image).

5. www.paulmajetta.com is pleased to receive any opinions or suggestions from the user. However, the user is not forced to express them, as well as Paulmajetta will not give any form of compensation for it.
